What is Leader?

" It is impossible to make a decisions without God and Bible in your Life"

A leader is a person who takes and guides a group to a certain direction or goal. Leaders do not just designate tasks and responsibilities to the people under them but they also teach them and help them complete their work. Leaders should be good examples to people.

Being a leader doesn't mean na hindi niya papakinggan yung sinasabi ng kanyang kaGrupo. He/She should always get the Likes and Dislikes, Suggestions of their group or anything else na makakapabuti sa kanilang kapwa.

Isang mapait na alaala sa akin yan. Hindi nila pinakinggan ang suggestions ko at ang Dislikes ko.

Well, some of them believe na kapag nagsalita na ang isang Leader.. umaasa na sila sa sinabi ng isang Leader, hanggang sa mawalan na ng Trust yung mga taong yun sa kanilang Leader.
